Not only was the room as advertised, but the staff went above and beyond by returning the documents I accidentally left behind, showcasing their exceptional customer service. the heating in the room was perfect, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee facilities in the room, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the terrace with a dining table provided a lovely spot to enjoy my morning coffee while taking in the beautiful views. the attention to detail, from the parquet floors to the well-stocked shared kitchen, truly impressed me. I will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future, as my experience was nothing short of extraordinary.
